  Item was out of stock, seller offered and alternative that I was not interested in. Requested a refund which they agreed to but they did not issue immediately. Seller stated refund may take 3-5 days however status on my eBay page did not change to show they'd cancelled the ordered. Messaged them one per day for the next 3 days to request they cancel the order as agreed. Got no reply to those messages. Contacted eBay support who reviewed the case and issued refund which I received in 24 hours.

  This was exactly as it should have been, with manufacturer's box and literature intact. A brilliant buy. Also, it came straightaway, even though it was a bulky item being sent at a busy time.
