    Top-notch seller. Excellent quality, perfect condition, great value, nice appearance. Item arrived in the USA well before expected date. If you buy from someone else, you didn't buy from the best.

    1st class communication from seller - courier, rather unexpectedly, imposed 'remote location delivery surcharge, and seller immediately gave me every opportunity to cancel order. Given that price was still very competitive even with the delivery surcharge I opted to proceed and item arrived less than 24hrs after despatch - so much for my location being 'remote'!!

    This was the best experience I have ever had at purchasing anything on ebay. After buying the lamp I noticed it would constantly flicker and would not fully function. I contacted Top Rated Tools to explain my issue. I was pleasantly surprised with the response. An immediate apology for the inconvenience and a replacement would be promptly sent which has arrived as promised. Excellent service and I will definitely buy from here again. Well done Top Rated Tools on EXCELLENT customer care.

    Seller was fabulous despite postage being slow and not receiving item as stated he promptly sent out another straight away and was very responsive toward resolving this issue so can’t fault this seller at all.. Great quality soldering iron and id have no issues buying from this seller again Many thanks for your help its very much appreciated
