  A mix up with postage, I received the wrong item ! This suppliers customer service was" top draw" The item I originally ordered was lost in post and could not be located, this supplier tried to sort out where my items had ended up, but were unable to do so, as the item i purchased was, an "end of line item" replacement stock was not available, so they issued me with a refund and allowed me to keep the the item sent to me in error, I will have no hesitation in using the supplier again 5***** 👌

  The 4x coat hooks received have a black tinge to them, they are not like the chrome ones in the listing picture, but no issues. Good communication from seller and fast free delivery.

  Thank you, as described. I didn’t realise when purchasing that the item might not necessarily be available immediately. It wasn’t a problem for myself, but would definitely message before ordering if I were to purchase another set and I was in a hurry. Communications was good.
