    I received good quality filters. The package was slightly damaged and one of the items was cracked and the seller immediately sent me another product. The delivery time was only a few days to my country. This is good customer care I do recommend this seller!

    the product fits description, I have no issue with that. I am giving a neutral review because of choice of courier: took 11 days to arrive (fair enough, I don't know where the vacuum bags were being sent from) and the delivery was marked as completed during those days with no other communication to me. I opened a request yesterday to get a refund (very wary of ebay, as I have been scammed before) and today, 5 minutes ago Royal Mail brought the parcel. Not good enough.
