The item was exactly as described, had a small issue that meant the item would not work properly. I always say how a business deals with a problem tells you how good they are. I reported the issue on the day the product was delivered within 24 hours I’d received a response and a solution that I am extremely satisfied with. I cannot recommend this store enough!! It may be a refurbished store but they made me feel first class.

The item is of a brand new appearance only it came in plain packaging. I have purchased 6 shark vacuums to date and I only purchase from this site now. The products are sent and I personally haven't seen any difference from buying brand new I don't keep my items long enough to warrant brand new pricing. I Highly recommend this company for vacuums, carpet cleaners and steam mop i have all 3

Delivered Saturday at 0800 via DPD (minor gripe: they turned up unannounced again which seems to be becoming a regular thing with DPD) I have bought other reconditioned items from Shark before and had the same great service. Does show signs of wear however it does come with a 1 year warranty. Packaged up in a nice sized box with brown paper, no plastic. Got to me really quick. Really powerful appliance. Very pleased. Buying process was easy. Really a good value item, even had a discount coupon.
