They messaged to let me know they received the order, and when it would ship. It was shipped on time, per their message, and arrived quickly. The bass was packed properly and securely. There was no chance of the bass being damaged during it's long trip from Japan to Florida/USA. The Item was perfect, nicely picked, and I couldn't be happier. When it arrived on my doorstep in the middle of a storm the way it was packed made it completely waterproof which was really pleasing. Opened it up and found everything in perfect condition and as described including a lovely note and a small gift that made my day. Excellent seller with excellent product. Domo arigato ;)
