  These poles arrived quickly and looked great. Unfortunately, one of the poles would not lock. I received advice from the seller on how to rectify the problem, as this didn't work I received a partial refund which I was happy to accept. I have now used the one working pole and it works great. Whilst it was disappointing that one of the poles was faulty I am more than happy to recommend the seller and the item given the seller's response to the problem and the quality & price of the item.

  Great ebayer 5 star...The first one was damaged in post and not delivered and when I notified seller they chased it up immediately and issued a replacement at my request. It arrived super fast.
