  Pin as described, ease with transaction, packaged well, seller willing to work with buyer, on cost and value. Unfortunately, due to no fault of the seller, the item arrive late, as the parcel had to be rerouted several times. The upside is, it wasn’t lost. I have and would purchase from this seller, again.   I bought two items from this seller. Both were packaged well and shipped together arriving as expected. Both are brilliant and as described! Well worth the price and I love them! Thank you! Would have been nice to get a partial refund on shipping since shipped together. But not a deal breaker!

  I thought that the purse was beautiful however I misjudged the actual size of the purse and when it came I was very disappointed in the tiny size. The seller let me return the item and reimbursed my money plus the postage I spent in sending it back. She was very courteous and eager to make sure that the customer was pleased.
