  Arrived this morning (4th march) earlier than expected. Great price for the lid. Very reasonable delivery charges. Tracking superb both outside and within UK. Item exactly as described and arrived well wrapped, as new, exacty as described. Great quality, great sevice. Superb seller.

  So this has been a journey, I ordered the product and watched the shipment status which was accurate, but vague at the same time. When I seen there was nothing happening I contacted the seller who stated that they have done what was required and it just getting processed in a center. I was extremely grateful on how quickly they responded back to me. My product finally came in and it was just as the description stated and I am pleased.

  Filter arrived to the uk a few days early. The filter came in original packaging and is brand new. All as described and great value. I would highly recommend.

  The item was as described, well packaged, fit for purpose and arrived perfect. It did take longer than expected to arrive but it was ordered around xmas. My only critisism is that once it arrived in Australia, i was unable to track it. Although Australia Post delivered it, i was not given an AP tracking number. A quick email to sender and i was given an update.

  Now that I was advised that it was no fault of the seller that the product I ordered didn t arrive but Customs who for some unknown reason blocked it from being sent, the seller / eBay handled a difficult situation impeccably by explaining my options. I chose to cancel the order rather than risking rejection by Customs once again (which was the option given), an the full refund waa paid to me in super-prompt time! Top marks for your excellent service!
