I ordered because it was the purple chevron box version of dkny in the picture, that's not what has arrived, what has arrived is a dkny pinky/red box. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the colour required, but as soon as I contacted the seller, followed by EBay, I received a lovely message from the seller, saying absolutely no problem with refunding me. This was followed instantly with a return label to download. I’ve no idea how the error happened, but may have been my own mistake. Thank you for sorting this out so instantly.
