  I am super satisfied with this order. The shipping was fast, and the computer was definitely packed with care, it was UBER protected with bubble wrap. The pictures in the picture didnt do the the computer justice, as I would describe what I received as near mint. With out a doubt I will be looking at more actions from this seller, as they did not disappoint!

  The computers arrived exactly when listed and were in good condition for the most part. One of them was missing a power cable that was advertised with it and the cooler came off during shipping, but I contacted the seller and they made everything right. A great value and the computers are good quality to boot!

  I'm glad to rate the 'entire transaction' as 5 Stars. Excellent from beginning to receiving the laptop and firing it up. Item received exactly as advertised-- not beat up but not perfect -- as it shouldn't be cause it isn't New but used and not abused. It's working perfectly. Immediate shipping. Well packaged -- excellent job!!! I'd gladly buy from this seller in the future based on my personal experience. Thank you!!!

  Great seller. PC arrived packaged very well and in great cosmetic condition! Once powered on it pulled up a "no boot device found" error. I notified the seller and they responded very quickly with multiple ways we could proceed to make things right and agreed on a partial refund. My husband is thankfully very techy and was able to walk my Dad through the process of fixing it.
