  I seldom use ebay so I was most appreciative that the seller took my phone call and helped me understand more about the item. He also gave me some good advice about fitting it into my wife's golf trolley. The part arrived on time and was exactly as described. This is a potentially delicate item so it was good to see that it was carefully wrapped. I fitted it today and the trolley is back working again which is a great relief given the price of a new one.

  Excellent service, good quality and easy to fit. After an error from the postal service the part didn’t arrive but after my message to the seller they sent another one. Brilliant service and I would definitely use again., well done.

  Item as described. Sent a question to seller which was answered within 10 minutes. Excellent dialogue regarding suitability of part for my make and model of trolley. Have not had time to fit the part as yet, but certainly looks as if it will do the job. Many thanks for your help.
