My questions were answered quickly & in a personal manner as opposed to an AI generated response. The guitar arrived quicker than expected & for a very reasonable postage cost. The description was very honest & showed all areas of damage clearly. Given that the damage to the guitar is minimal (considering the substantial discount), as well as the service and postage time, I have only good things to say!!

Packaging wasn't great, think because it was pre-owned it was just thrown back into the original box that was already falling apart. Some screws were missing so the item wasn't as described. However it was good value for money considering the cost to buy brand new.

The only thing which was not mentioned was, 2 intonation screws were missing. If I knew this, it wouldn’t change my mind but I could have ordered the missing pieces sooner. The bass itself is quite nice, feels and plays different than my ibanez. Overall I recommend this seller and the products.
