    Received the Loon Outdoors D-Loop Tweezer-black. The Tweezers are of high quality. I'm very happy with my purchase and will continue to order from this seller. This seller has the best communications that I have ever seen in a sell. The Tweezers are at a great value. The Tweezers are as described and in excellent condition. Shipping was very fast. The appearance of the Tweezers is excellent. The item was very well packaged. Again, I will continue buy from this sell my fly-tying tools.

    Arrived well packaged. Item sent was a newer 2.0 version of item shown in photographs. Ideally looking for older, original Gulf redfish line. Spoke with Ed (seller) regarding this issue.

    The shipping was very slow. I sent an email after a week as the tracking did not show an entry scan yet. No response. I followed up with a 2nd email the next day and threatened a missing package claim, and received a response within a 1/2 hour saying it had already shipped. The next morning, the package was entry scanned at the post office. (???)It took two and a half weeks for the package to arrive, instead of the 4 days I was shown when I purchased the items. Items were in good shape however.

    I ordered a Regal Medallion Vise with a Traditional Base. Unfortunately the seller was out of inventory on the Traditional Base and told me Regal only produces this base twice a year. Rather than wait I requested a refund which the seller issued promptly. This is excellent service and I won’t hesitate to shop here in the future! Thank you very much!
