Very good response from seller, he even made an offer of a discount on my item. I refused because the item was already at a fair low price and shipping problems were out of his control. Shipper was kind. I want him to make a profit to stay in business, if sellers don't make a profit they will soon be gone.

Seller decided to ship via OnTrac, the worst shipping service in the U.S., when the listing specified FedEx. Package was needlessly delayed several days. That being said, the seller rectified the situation to my satisfaction.

Although there are plenty of online videos of the kit, it seems they have come up a little short. I would highly recommend buying from a different seller, as this seller is just a broker (middleman). The item is supposed to be located in New Jersey and instead of a few days' delivery time, it was shipped out of Washington State with a shipping time of ten days. Unacceptable, beware.

Unfortunately they sent the puller to a wrong person, but they refunded me full amount with no questions and even made some gift. Then just today they tried to deliver me that puller, but I refused to take it since they already refunded my money. So if you have a delay with your large item delivery (even though you received 3 ton jack instead) don't worry, it will arrive sooner or later. These are honest people.

The boxes are clearly marked as to which side must be kept up, yet, they were taped together with one box turned 180 degrees. One box was also severely ripped and punctured, yet the heater inside was unharmed - phew! Great price! A+
