  Item arrived safe and sound today, very well packaged and looks amazing on display. Great communication from seller too from start of purchase. Sellers stated in title that box was damaged.... There was only a very small dent on one corner of the box and can hardly notice it. Great seller and highly recommended and will purchase from again. A+++++++++++++

  Quality and condition - BETTER than described. Value - unbeatable, seriously. Appearance - Flawless. Item is literally like new, with all the accessories, very clean and nicely packaged. The integrated battery performs as if brand new. I paid an extra £1 for speedier delivery, and it was worth it. (Tracking was good, too.) I thought the price was too good to be true, but this simply turned out to be an amazing purchase. I won't forget this seller.

  Unfortunately the item arrived with some damage to the box (a split and a tear as you can see) which was a shame as it was to be a present for a 5 year old boy soon. However the seller issued an extremely prompt refund and included an apology with this. This is how to be a good business seller and they even let us keep the item. As our daughter is 4, she will probably enjoy it in a year or so (even if she doesn't like Paw Patrol). Well done to the seller, others should be like this too!

  item as described. Delivery was via AMAZON delivery, was supposed to be ROYAL MAIL 48H. Without fail AMAZON delivered to WRONG address, no contact info from AMAZON on how to report wrong delivery, or any GPS data to locate where it was delivered too. Lucky for me the person that received the package delivered it by hand, otherwise that would have been another lost package thanks to AMAZON.

  I do NOT recommend this seller at all… First of all it would have taken them 2 weeks to post my item… Second of all… They do NOT respond to any of your messages… Third of all… They declined when I asked them to cancel it and lastly they refunded me the day AFTER I spoke with eBay!!! I have UNSAVED them from my favorites and will NEVER buy from them again… AVOID AVOID AVOID Unless you don’t mind waiting 2-3 weeks for your item to be delivered! It was meant to be my nieces birthday gift!!!
