It was sent by Royal Mail and somewhere along its journey it had gone astray through the Royal Mail system. So I contacted Carmarthen Cameras directly and had a chat with them on what had happened. They were very friendly and apologetic. They said they would pop another one in the post to me strait away which was very nice of them. It arrived the next day with me. I would definitely recommend Carmarthen Cameras for anyone.

On inspection the lens itself was in as described condition albeit the lens hood was dented/damaged. This was not in the description. I contacted the seller and informed them of this oversight. It is a credit to the seller that they replied quickly. The complaint was handled positively/decisively offering a discount for the oversight if I were to keep the item. I had option to return but agreed a discount to keep it. A positive outcome.
