  I did receive what looks like an unused bilge pump. My assumption when I saw New in the listing it was to be in the original packaging with instructions and fittings. Only after communicating with the seller that it is new but they buy them in bulk so it does not include any instructions or hardware to mount or hook it up.

  Arrived in good time, Just wish they would have used a big enough box to properly contain the contents without bulging the box sides. Some shipping crush damage but not enough to fully penetrate the containers.
