    Ran into a shipping issue, which wasn't the seller's fault. Item was exactly as described and it was a good price. Communication could have been better but they made a commitment to fix that. All in all I would recommend this seller.

    Seller reached out and explained the situation, they took over the account and provided quick assurance and assistance. The shipping was in 2days time which was great after the mishap. They gave me a partial refund which covered the shipping costs as well, which was really helpful. Great seller, would recommend doing business!

    I’m not going to ramble on about how great the communication was with the seller nor how the product was shipped fast. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS LIKE NEW. These headsets at the price I paid for them feels almost illegal HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THESE SELLERS and hopefully we do more business in the future.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! My order has been in transit for almost a month with no communication from seller. I reached out for help and instead they closed my case without any support or any information. We live in the same state just a few hours away yet my order ended up 5 states over. The seller definitely put the wrong address on the label now my order keeps getting passed around 3 different shipping facilities with no end. No doubt the seller only cares about $$ and not its customers
