  I ordered a pool float that I need ASAP for an unexpected party. I ordered and paid for 6pm las & at 10:30 this morning the seller returned my money falsely asserting that I asked for it to be cancelled. I've been on eBay since the beginning & this is the first time something like this has happened - its downright dishonest. If they don't have the product they should not be selling it and certainly should not falsely say I asked for the cancellation. Seller has not responded to my message.

  The filters were an exact match for the Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus. One of the filters had shipping damage and it was handled quickly, so the experience turned out to be easy. I was completely impressed with the sellers responsiveness to replacing the filters and shipping the next set safely in a box to prevent filter damage in transit.
