    The item came as advertised. Shipping was fast, packaging was good. The value of the item was also appropriate. I only returned after I an assessment of how much it would cost to replace the batteries. The batteries themselves plus the service would cost much more than the item itself. And since I had the option to return, I just went ahead and sent it back.
