The PlayStation 1 game Tomb Raider II is a sequel to the 1996 game, Tomb Raider, which was based on the Angelina Jolie movie of the same name. The storyline of the Tomb Raider II game surrounds the Dagger of Xian, which, if plunged into the heart of the owner, can give the owner the ability to shift into a dragon. Lara Croft, the game's main protagonist, goes in search of the dagger in Tomb Raider II for PlayStation 1. The first level of the Tomb Raider II game starts out at the Dagger’s supposed resting place, The Great Wall of China. The players of Tomb Raider II then go on a treasure hunt with Lara Croft all over the world including Venice, Tibet, an offshore oil rig, and even a sunken shipwreck. Tomb Raider II for PlayStation 1 even features a snowmobile the player rides through the snowy mountains of Tibet and a speedboat that shoots through the water canals of Venice. Another new feature of Tomb Raider II is the upgraded weaponry. In the first Tomb Raider game, Lara’s arsenal included pistols, Uzis, and a shotgun, but in the Tomb Raider II game, Lara’s cache features flares, an M-16 assault rifle, a harpoon gun, and a grenade launcher. Il miglior Tomb Raider di Core
E' inutile negarlo, questo TRII è stato il miglior capitolo creato dai Core. Senza nulla togliere agli altri 4 titoli creati sempre per Psone/PC.Acquisto verificato: SìCondizione: Di seconda mano

la giocabilità usando solo i tasti direzione sul controller è a dir poco frustrante.
Il gioco è stupendo. Per chi lo conosce da quando uscì, rigiocarlo nuovamente è avvincente e affascinante. Con la PS2 non si possono usare i Joystick, ma solo i tastini direzionali (come sul controller originale PS1). Questo è semplicemente frustrante. Attenzione poi alla memoria. E' necessario montare una memoria originale per PS1 sulla PS2 per poter salvare, altrimenti il gioco non riconoscerà affatto la memory card. La grafica è pessima, naturalmente, rispetto ai giochi attuali. Occorre considerare che questo gioco fu prodotto decenni fa.Acquisto verificato: SìCondizione: Di seconda mano
