Upon receiving the dress it was still in need of altering the sleeves were too small the dress itself was too big. I had to find someone to fix it for me in time for my wedding date on Oct 31st I reached out to them and they were helpful and had refunded me 20% for my issues with the dress.

Not only did the dress arrive early, it was exactly as pictured, made to measure. (We agreed to pay for faster manufacturing and shipping, since we have a firm date and we were a little late with our search). This seller offers great value for a gorgeous and unique dress made and delivered with care. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Thank you for making dreams come true!

I would recommend using this seller! They also ship very quickly, and I was so appreciative of that!!! I got my item for my engagement photos! Going to order more items!

I have so far received a partial refund and hope to recieve a full refund upon its arrival in China . Anytime I messaged the seller I got an immediate response. They have been in constant communication which is appreciated. I would not hesitate to deal with this company . I will write further to let you all know if I get a full refund! Stay tuned!
