After allowing 15 minutes to warm up, and measuring the sinewave output with a Rubium frequency standard it is not possible to adjust the frequency precisely with the W204 potentiometer. At the end of its range the unit is still 0.73 Hz high. It is a pity a schematic of the unit is not provided, otherwise I could try changing the value of the components to adjust the frequency precisely.
