He sent me a return label (so I can return the items for free) without barcode. Without barcode I could not send it back for free. I had to pay for my return. I also asked the seller to send me a new label with barcode but never get a answer from him or a new label with barcode.. All was a bad experience with a lot of wasted time and a partial refund because i had to pay for the return.

I ordered the Game of Thrones palette, was so excited to have found it as my daughter has only just watched it. The palette arrived - not GOT but a Naked palette. I contacted the seller immediately and waited a whole week but did not receive a reply so ended up returning it via EBay which meant an unnecessary trip to the post office.
