How to listen effectively in class, a guide to help students learn more and daydream less. He has taught a variety of courses including Communication Theory, Interpersonal Communication, Communication in Close Relationships, Public Speaking, Corporate Communication, Communication Training and Development in Organizations, and Risk, Crisis, and Interagency Communication. I ordered another and had it sent elsewhere. My main issue was that it felt as if I was getting automated responses at first!! Please have humans review human inquiries!! It was painstaking explaining the situation to an A.I. who only repeats unhelpful replies. Thanks again!! Otherwise. Great price! Great seller!

I contacted them twice with my concerns that package third party shipper never was received at USPS as of 5 days after it said they shipped. They helped me through but neglected to see they had issued me an incorrect tracking number. Otherwise, my transaction was excellent. I will give them a 5star rating since they quickly tried to help me with my concerns.
