It get here but always later than stated. It's confusing to watch tracking and see your order come within 20 miles of your home to just turn around and go take a tour of California for a week.Makes no sense but keeps happening and definitely not the sellers falt,it's like the post office has a grudge or something

How it was leaking powder, I don't know. But it was and the shipping box revealed that upon opening it. Still its not safe to have any chemical contents leaking during shipment. Please make the necessary corrections as it is a private home that these chemicals are coming to and leaking is not an option.
