There was a problem with the courier stating on their delivery update that they had delivered yet the item was not at my delivery address. I advised the seller and they were very helpfully and prompt with trying to resolve the issue including offering a replacement or refund, which ever I preferred? I opted for replacement. Straight after coming to this conclusion a courier driver turned up with the package. It evident the courier is not reliable?? Thank
