Phone just seemed to be thrown in bubble wrap envelope with very little or no quality control whatsoever.1 star and that s conservative

I hadn t realised that the parcel shop was supposed to send me the code, which they didn t. Not the sellers fault but if they had responded to my requests earlier, I would have been able to resolve the situation quicker.
