I ordered 9 items and am very happy with 7 of the items. They were exactly as described. The two remaining items I had a problem with and contacted the seller to discuss. The seller very quickly addressed my issue and refunded the cost of the 2 items. I am pleased with the courtesy of seller and the value. I would buy from this seller again. An over all very good experience.

The box arrived damaged but due to the extra CARE the seller took to protect the bowl, it was in perfect condition. The item was exactly as described and exactly as I expected. I would definitely recommend this seller!

As someone who has done this craft on linen, I recognize the quality of workmanship and the skill, time and effort required to achieve it. Item is nicer than described, item was very carefully packaged to protect the needlework and the glass, and shipment was timely...all in all, a perfect transaction. I would not hesitate in recommending this seller.
