I specifically said it was for a special birthday, person coming from abroad, seller stated problem with delivery due to “VOLUME”.(as I couldn’t re order as visitor due in 4 days or return as elderly and no post office,offered 10% !!! Contacted UPS who told us that customs had to be paid before delivery. No one had contacted us to inform us of this. Customs paid and parcel delivered!
