Looked like a used or clearance item, which it shouldn't. I couldn’t give it as a gift due to its appearance.Once I received the return label, I shipped it back the next day. However, after the item was returned, the seller stopped responding. I had to escalate the issue to eBay, and they eventually issued a forced refund.
