They are clearly knowledgeable on their stock. Excellent packaging including fresh tissue paper stuffing to keep shoes shape in transit. Swift postage and great communication. They were dispatched promptly and arrived in Australia quite quickly. The boots were neatly wrapped in tissue paper in the original box which was wrapped in plastic. Overall I was happy with the purchase although shipping costs and having to pay taxes made the boots a bit more expensive than I would have liked.
