Get this: I had just placed this order on eBay, and 15 minutes later received an OFFER for this same amp from Cream City on another platform (begins with “R” and ends with “verb”) for a lower price. I contacted them about it, and the they REFUNDED me the difference! They didn’t have to do that, but in the process, earned a loyal customer for life! Thanks Cream City! The amp? I've waited 2 days for a response to my inquiry about this without any reply. The strap arrived well packaged and in good shape, but I was charged $4 more (19.00 -cost of the strap I ordered) that the sticker price is on the strap I received (14.99). I don't mind being overcharged a little now and then, but if that is going to occur I would like to receive the item I ordered.
