I have had many quotes on repair of my frequently clogged Miele espresso machine. All quotes were more expensive than this part ($400 to purchasing a new machine). After replacing the brew unit, no more clogs and the coffee is delicious! I may purchase a second as a back up. AR Global Parts provided me with a tracking number as soon as it was available, and I was able to track it from Latvia, through New York, all the way to Georgia. At that point, tracking updates ceased. I contacted USPS, and while they said they would search for the package, they also suggested I not get my hopes up. While this was disappointing, AR GLOBAL PARTS issued a full refund.2x Piston Seal/O-ring/Gasket 43x36x3.5mm for Krups | MS-0698568 (N° 284335338808)

It took a long time to get here, but it was sent by regular mail from an European country. I need to have more patience. I had difficult time finding this part in the US. Communications was great and I would order from them again.
