    This company have honestly got the best customer service I have ever received. My parcel was delayed by Royal Mail and the company went out of their way to call me, organise a replacement and Joanne was just generally lovely.     Though the packaging (a manila envelope with a cardstock stiffener) was surprisingly flimsy and quite curled when it arrived, the print flattened out and looks exactly as described. The seller is not always going to be this lucky, I'm afraid.
