The seller got involved with USPS and after 14 days of failure to deliver and the seller was able to get USPS to find and deliver the scope within 2 days. Thank you. Also, the item was as described and the price was great. Great seller, they even offered a partial refund due to the delay. I turned it down, because that would not be right.

Seller shipped timely and when notified about the lengthy delay reply promptly even offered a partial refund. However, item finally arrived safe and is just as described. I have found seller to be honest, prompt in communications, generous, professional, and I would definitely buy from gritoutdoors again! I highly recommend them. Thank you!
