After seller sent item, it somehow got "lost" during shipment and didn't come and didn't come. Seller gave a complete refund. Low and behold after more than a month, the item finally showed up and was delivered in total super A-1 condition. I'm in the process of returning my information to the seller so the charge can be repaid to the seller. Communication was excellent and I highly recommend doing business with.

It was taking awhile to arrive so I msg'd the seller who apologized, refunded me quickly soon after I msg'd. I actually just wanted to know if it was on it's way. It did eventually show up, I wrote back I have it, I recently sent another msg of re-doing pmt but the seller said enjoy, no need to pay because not able to rebill via the app which I wanted to do. It wasn't alot of $ but seller was really nice about txn.

Fair dealing! Great customer service! The DVD I ordered was received in the condition described on eBay and it was shipped in a secure envelope.
