Contacted the seller and received some guidance. We determined that the unit is faulty and I returned it. The seller send me the correct model and used next day delivery. I was also offered extended warranty. Professional and responsive. I hope I get to use my Panasonic for a long time.

Brilliantly packaged for safety and good communication from the start. I have finally set it up and found that it works beautifully and I can now catch up on watching some very old videos.
