It was about 12 days total from initial purchase until I received it back. Not very bad at all considering how many other people out there are having repairs done and shipping time from PA to TX and back. Clearly my machine went from no power at all, having full power and operating great. Be careful with this USB ribbon cable for the PS5 disc version system. Very happy +++

He has put holes in the board and did an awful job of attaching a new HDMI port. I sent it to Eleet, and they were thankfully able to fix it. They were highly responsive and attentive. They responded to my messages quickly and answered my questions. They had the board repaired in only a few business days after they received it in the mail.

This is my second time using then to fix my system and they go above and beyond along with keeping you updated. I had a ps5 and an xbox repaired and both were done perfect. It does take them time as they have many repairs but the job will be done guaranteed and right the first time. Highly recommended for any repairs. Very affordable compared to many.

Before I sent in, messaging was very responsive. I was quoted that for power issues the typical cost was $100-$150. I was also told it would be cheaper if I sent just the boards, so that's what I did. Once they received my boards communication was not as responsive but with some pestering I got a response. It took about 7 business to fix my boards. The total was $180. I was expecting closer to $100. When it comes to power issues in vary rare occasions its difficult to pin point the problem. As it was with your boards. Also the price provided originally was an estimate of the common problems we receive. Everything was great accept that it took slightly longer then advertised to ship my board back, but I expected that especially how they have a lot of orders rolling in so no problems with that. Finally they even fixed stuff I didn’t pay for so I 10/10 would recommend these guys their work is quality, and worth every second of my time. I guess I can mention this, their prices are better than anywhere else and for the quality you get out of it. 100% the best
