The quality of the item (far better than the photo actually) and the service provided really was first class. When the bracelet arrived it was truly stunning. However. there was a problem with the presentation box. As this was a gift, this was a problem. However, I contacted them and within a few minutes Isha contacted me and really went the extra mile to ensure that the problem was sorted within 48 hours! Fab all round!
