Nearly impossible in the U.S. So thank you very much. I found the insoles interesting. Not typical, is this a new styling? All transactions were smooth and I received the package in good condition and much sooner than I expected. I have to wait until Christmas to wear them. The footbed lining on this premium model is smooth leather instead of the traditional suede. This is not common and a reflection of the higher end model that these lovelies are.
