Contacted seller to resolve without eBay. Told it would be collected and to waitfor the postman on a Saturday!!. Waited and the postman had no collection. Then asked to wait in on a Tuesday for the postman, I work all week. Then eventually sent a return label and told to go to the post office myself to return. This ha now taken almost 2 weeks.
