It was carefully packaged and well protected by bubble wrap and noodle pieces under the water dispenser to support it. The product price was excellent, but shipping/handling fees were almost $55! A $42 handling fee is outrageous!! Other sellers with this same item had lower fees. Are high handling fees being charged so it so doesn't show as income to be taxed? The statements about the shipping..... 100% absolutely FALSE. this lady knew the shipping charge ahead of time. Copied and pasted from the payment details: "What your buyer paid Subtotal $64.95 Shipping $11.71 Order total $76.66" Shipping clearly says $11.71. She must have our transaction confused with something else because $42 to ship a small appliance is absurd.

The post office was over a week late in delivering my item, so the seller refunded my money. My order arrived a couple days after I was refunded, but when I offered to re-pay the seller, they refused my offer out of generosity.
