Screw whoever stole my package / Hermes for messing up my delivery but the seller did everything in their power to ensure a great customer experience which is just second to none. This was such a nice breath of fresh air from the frustration of dealing with a lost package. This seller from China literally did a better job than Hermes.

The drive was sealed in an anti-static bag and came with a good thick wrapping of bubble wrap inside a cardboard box, and in my opinion I could not ask for a better service. On arrival I ran Seagate's Sea tools 2.17 over the disk and it passed all tests, and then did a low level format which took 64 minutes. So credit were credit is due, this seller deserves to sell many more drives. I'm very pleased indeed. Thank you very much.
