When it failed to arrive by the due date, I contacted the seller , who tried to pretend he had posted it, then said he would have one with me by Friday. That failed to happen as well. Then he said he had one and then he said it was held up in Heathrow, Then said he would refund me and send me the item. The item finally arrived but he now refuses to refund me. AVOID. AWFUL SERVICE!
