I emailed the seller about the broken piece and they promptly sent out a new piece. Used for the first time yesterday. I am very happy with its performance. My machine did not match the steps per rev as engraved on rotary. Took a little setup time but really holds piece well!������������

I was a little unhappy that the rail ends were not tapped so it could not be assembled as received. Fortunately I had an M6 tap and took care of it myself. I sent them a message about it over a week ago and haven't heard back yet. It arrived on time and other than the missing tapped holes the quality is great.

Installed in my OMTech 50w and everything calibrated in Lightburn in 15 minutes. 3 minutes later I had successfully engraved a water glass. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I do recommend checking the stepper motor mounting screws after the 1st use. The motor does get very hot!
